Research expertise/competencies
I am specialized in oncologic surgery with particular interest in advanced cancer’s management and minimaly invasive surgery. My main research expertise is related with hepato-bilio-pancreatic surgery, peritoneal cancer and the use of intraoperative ultrasound. I am particularly keen in nanomedicine: to improve citotoxic drugs and imaging contrast agents by the use of nanostructures.
